Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance with a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager for real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product goals.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
- Provide exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador to attract new clients.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties including opening/closing the store and managing floor coverage.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail or luxury retail environments is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
