1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance with a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager for real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product goals.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
5. Provide exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador to attract new clients.
6. Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
7. Perform floor leadership duties including opening/closing the store and managing floor coverage.
8. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
9. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
10. Serve as the first point of contact for difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail or luxury retail environments is preferred.
