Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve superior performance through a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and conduct training in collaboration with store management.
5. Deliver exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping needs.
6. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Gucci products and brand heritage.
7. Attract new clients by acting as a Brand Ambassador and networking within the community.
8. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through exemplary customer service and sales quality.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
10. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management and address client issues as the first point of contact.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to create positive customer experiences that foster loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Strong industry awareness and business acumen.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $20.50 to $22.00 per hour.
