Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve optimal performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and assist with training in collaboration with store management.
- Deliver exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping needs.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $20.00/hour to $22.00/hour. Additional compensation may include commissions for eligible employees.
Eligible employees may participate in an employee benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), and a 401K plan. Additional compensation may include commissions and participation in an incentive program.
