Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high sales performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager for real-time coaching and feedback to meet business objectives.
3. Facilitate onboarding and training for Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
4. Provide exceptional client service, acting as a brand ambassador to attract and retain clients.
5. Manage store operations, including opening/closing duties and visual merchandising according to Gucci standards.
6. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and achieve measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
6. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $20.00/hour to $22.00/hour. Additional compensation may include commissions.
