Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the selling floor to ensure a customer-centric approach and drive sales.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
3. Assist in the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
5. Provide exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping needs.
6. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by acting as a Brand Ambassador and networking within the community.
8. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage during breaks.
10. Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci standards.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
12. Serve as the first point of contact for difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
8. Passion for the Fashion Industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
