1. Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors to ensure high performance and customer-centric service.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business goals.
3. Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
4. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and promoting Gucci's values.
5. Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
6. Uphold Gucci's visual standards and support daily store operations.
7. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Passion for the fashion industry.
8. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $17.00 USD to $19.00 USD per hour.
