Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to enhance performance through a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category objectives.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
5. Deliver exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping needs.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by acting as a Brand Ambassador through community networking.
8. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
10. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
12. Act as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $17.00 USD to $19.00 USD per hour.
