1. Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the sales floor to ensure outstanding performance through a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category objectives.
3. Assist in the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service, exceeding client expectations.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by embodying the role of a Brand Ambassador through community networking.
8. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and organizing coverage during breaks.
10. Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products in line with Gucci standards.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
12. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving challenging client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $16.50 USD to $18.00 USD per hour.
