Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping needs.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of products and Gucci's history and heritage.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
- Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage during breaks.
- Ensure visual display standards are upheld in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Address and resolve difficult client issues as the first point of contact.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
