1. Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the selling floor, ensuring a customer-centric approach to drive sales.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors, facilitating training in collaboration with store management.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying the Gucci brand values.
6. Attract new clients by networking within the community as a Brand Ambassador.
7. Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
8. Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
9. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
10. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.

1. Strong relationship-building skills with both external and internal clients.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. Strong organizational skills and business acumen.
5. Passion for the fashion industry.
6. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should possess sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $18.50/hour to $20.00/hour.
