1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high sales performance with a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience and facilitate training for Client Advisors.
5. Deliver exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador.
6. Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service.
7. Manage store operations in the absence of management, including opening and closing duties.
8. Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
9. Address and resolve client issues as the first point of contact.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
4. Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail or luxury retail environments is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $18.00 USD to $20.00 USD per hour.
