1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors to deliver high performance with a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
3. Assist in team development and growth.
4. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training.
5. Provide exceptional client service and act as a role model.
6. Attract new clients by networking and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
7. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service.
8. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store.
9. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
10. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
11. Serve as the first point of contact for difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
6. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
