- Supervise and guide Client Advisors to deliver high performance with a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
- Assist in team development and growth.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training.
- Provide exceptional client service and act as a role model.
- Attract new clients by networking and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
