- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to ensure a customer-centric approach and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and representing Gucci as a Brand Ambassador.
- Attract new clients through community networking and exceed individual KPI goals.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and managing floor coverage.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
