1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance and customer-centric sales.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors.
5. Deliver exceptional client service and act as a role model for the brand.
6. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
7. Attract new clients through community networking as a Brand Ambassador.
8. Manage floor operations, including opening/closing and coverage organization.
9. Maintain visual standards of product displays in alignment with Gucci guidelines.
10. Handle challenging client issues as the first point of contact.

1. Sales management experience in retail or luxury retail preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
4. Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
