Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by networking within the community as a Brand Ambassador.
8. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
10. Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
12. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to enhance customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
