Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the sales floor, ensuring a customer-centric approach and driving sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in alignment with store management.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying the brand's values.
- Attract new clients through networking and representing the brand as a Gucci Ambassador.
- Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving challenging client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
