1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
3. Assist in the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure consistent onboarding and training for Client Advisors in alignment with brand initiatives.
5. Deliver exceptional client service and exceed shopping needs, acting as a brand ambassador.
6. Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
7. Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
8. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
9. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
10. Act as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences and measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
6. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
