Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to maximize performance and ensure a client-centric retail experience.
- Partner with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching, feedback and development to achieve business and category targets.
- Onboard and train new Client Advisors to ensure consistent, branded induction and clear understanding of brand initiatives.
- Act as a role model in delivering exceptional client service: greet, listen and assist clients to exceed their shopping needs.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and an informed understanding of Gucci heritage to support client conversations and sales.
- Generate and cultivate new client relationships through community networking and brand ambassadorship.
- Drive and exceed individual and team KPI goals through high-quality service and sales execution.
- Perform floor leadership duties including opening/closing the boutique, organizing coverage during breaks and supporting store operations in management’s absence.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and contribute to the presentation of product in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Serve as first point of escalation for complex client issues, resolving conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or a service-related industry preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences that build loyalty and produce measurable sales results.
- Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational capabilities and business acumen.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.

Experience in sales management or supervisory roles within retail—ideally luxury retail—or a service-related industry is preferred, with a demonstrable track record of driving KPIs and delivering high-quality client experiences.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
