Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve optimal performance with a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors, coordinating training with store management.
- Provide exemplary client service, acting as a role model and brand ambassador to attract new clients and exceed individual KPI goals.
- Oversee floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and managing floor coverage.
- Maintain visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management and address challenging client issues as the first point of contact.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
