Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, enhancing business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development.
- Maintain an organized and accurate client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for the industry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room and adhere to Gucci image standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and fostering client relationships.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
