Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve optimal performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Assist in the professional development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Attract new clients by networking within the community as a Brand Ambassador.
- Drive and surpass individual KPI goals by maintaining the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
- Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products in line with Gucci standards.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.

Prior experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $20.00 USD to $24.00 USD.
Eligible employees may participate in an employee benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), and a 401K plan. Additionally, an incentive program is available, subject to performance.
