Gucci SCM Assistant

1. Allocate and replenish merchandise from the regional distribution centre to stores according to defined target stock levels, assortment matrix and rationing rules.
2. Ensure Right Product, Right Quantity, Right Place, Right Time across stores to maximize service level and stock turn.
3. Monitor store sales and inventory daily; review and adjust allocations to respond to sales trends, store performance and retail feedback.
4. Evaluate allocation and distribution plans using sales data, distribution plans and KPIs to support regional sales objectives.
5. Support the Planning Manager by producing visibility, data-driven analyses and proposals for key commercial decisions.
6. Maintain strong interface with Worldwide Supply Chain teams for alignment on supply plans, stock requests and replenishment tools.
7. Coordinate closely with Logistics and Warehouse teams to understand lead times, picking/packing logic and store delivery scheduling.
8. Re-balance stock between stores during seasonal transitions and in response to performance analyses and market priorities.
9. Communicate with Merchandising and Retail teams to capture market special requests and local priorities.

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Fluent spoken and written Korean and English.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with extreme attention to detail.
4. Sound commercial understanding and numerical aptitude.
5. Proven ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
6. Team-player mentality with strong communication and listening skills; proactive and responsible.

Prior experience in supply chain, inventory allocation, retail replenishment or a related planning function, with exposure to DC-to-store processes and cross-functional coordination with logistics and retail teams.
