Gucci SCM Assistant

- Allocate and replenish merchandise from the regional distribution centre to stores according to defined target stock levels, assortment matrix and rationing rules.
- Ensure Right Product, Right Quantity, Right Place, Right Time across stores to maximize service level and stock turn.
- Monitor store sales and inventory daily; review and adjust allocations to respond to sales trends, store performance and retail feedback.
- Evaluate allocation and distribution plans using sales data, distribution plans and KPIs to support regional sales objectives.
- Support the Planning Manager by producing visibility, data-driven analyses and proposals for key commercial decisions.
- Maintain strong interface with Worldwide Supply Chain teams for alignment on supply plans, stock requests and replenishment tools.
- Coordinate closely with Logistics and Warehouse teams to understand lead times, picking/packing logic and store delivery scheduling.
- Re-balance stock between stores during seasonal transitions and in response to performance analyses and market priorities.
- Communicate with Merchandising and Retail teams to capture market special requests and local priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent spoken and written Korean and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with extreme attention to detail.
- Sound commercial understanding and numerical aptitude.
- Proven ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-player mentality with strong communication and listening skills; proactive and responsible.

Prior experience in supply chain, inventory allocation, retail replenishment or a related planning function, with exposure to DC-to-store processes and cross-functional coordination with logistics and retail teams.
Bachelor’s degree
