1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
2. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
3. Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
4. Present products effectively to engage and convince clientele through storytelling.
5. Maintain an appropriate and sufficient quantity of items on the sales floor.
6. Provide exceptional customer service in line with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, client reservations, orders, and receipt of items.
11. Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Possess thorough knowledge and management of stock.
13. Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and customer service.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in CRM systems and cash handling.
4. Fluency in French and English.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required, with a focus on customer service and product knowledge.

A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
