- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
- Meet KPI objectives.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
- Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess thorough knowledge and control of inventory.
- Conduct transactions and manage the cash register.
- Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in storytelling and product presentation.
- Attention to detail.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
