- Facilitate communication between team members and clients.

- Meet KPI objectives.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations.
- Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess thorough knowledge and control of inventory.
- Process transactions and manage the cash register.
- Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.
