1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.

3. Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
4. Present products effectively to engage customers through storytelling.
5. Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
6. Provide exceptional customer service in line with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations.
11. Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Possess thorough knowledge and management of stock inventory.
13. Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail operations.

2. Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Fluency in French and English.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.

High school diploma or equivalent.
