5. Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and offering personalized advice.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs.
9. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
10. Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
11. Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
12. Handle cash transactions and maintain the cash register.
13. Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
14. Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

1. Fluency in Russian and French.
2. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
