- Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to Gucci's guidelines, and offer personalized advice.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
- Meet KPI objectives.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations, orders, and receipts.
- Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
- Perform cash transactions and manage the cash register.
- Apply CRM procedures to develop the boutique's client database.
- Comply with boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.
- Fluency in Russian and French.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and inventory management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required, with a focus on customer service and product knowledge.
High school diploma or equivalent.
