1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
2. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
3. Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
4. Present products effectively to engage and persuade clientele through storytelling.
5. Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to Gucci's guidelines, and offer personalized advice.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations, orders, and receipts.
11. Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
13. Perform cash transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Apply CRM procedures to develop the boutique's client database.
15. Comply with boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

1. Fluency in Russian and French.
2. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required, with a focus on customer service and product knowledge.
