1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
2. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
3. Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
4. Present products effectively to engage and persuade clientele through storytelling.
5. Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
6. Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice based on customer needs.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
11. Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Maintain thorough knowledge and control of inventory.
13. Process transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

1. Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
2. Strong understanding of luxury retail and customer service excellence.

2. Proficiency in CRM systems and inventory management.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Fluency in French and English.

Prior experience in luxury retail sales is required.
