- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge.
- Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
- Present products effectively to engage and persuade clientele through storytelling.
- Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and offering personalized advice.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
- Meet KPI objectives.
- Participate in alteration services including measurements, adjustments, client bookings, orders, and receipt of items.
- Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess thorough knowledge and management of stock.
- Operate the cash register.
- Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Comply with boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and brand heritage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Fluency in French and English.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required, with a strong emphasis on customer service and product knowledge.
A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
