1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
2. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
3. Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
4. Present products effectively to engage and persuade clientele through storytelling.
5. Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and offering personalized advice.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, client reservations, orders, and receipt of items.
11. Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Maintain thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
13. Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail dynamics.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in CRM systems and inventory management.
4. Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.

High school diploma or equivalent.
