Gucci Sales Advisor

- Represent the brand at point of sale, delivering a polished, client‑first experience throughout the buying journey.
- Advise clients on product attributes, styling and trends; present the collection in accordance with Gucci visual and service standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clientelling, follow‑up and personalised service to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring product placement, stock rotation and window displays reflect brand guidelines.
- Operate POS systems, manage transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and record keeping.
- Collaborate with store management on daily operational tasks and share market feedback to inform merchandising and assortment decisions.
- Proven experience in retail selling, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment; demonstrable client service aptitude.
- Polished personal presentation and professional demeanour consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and advise discerning clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand. Experience in client relationship management and achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary education in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is advantageous.
