Gucci RTW Quality Control Technical Coordinator

1. Supervise and coordinate a team of external quality control technicians specializing in Ready-To-Wear (RTW) apparel.
2. Monitor and ensure adherence to the maison's quality standards across all RTW clothing categories.
3. Oversee collection presentations and ensure technicians effectively communicate key information to suppliers.
4. Approve the production of the first garment, ensuring compliance with design, measurements, and fit standards.
5. Ensure proper application of quality control protocols in external laboratories.
6. Analyze and manage quality reports, promptly identifying and resolving any non-conformities.
7. Collaborate continuously with the RTW Quality & Technical Manager and other departments to enhance processes and standards.
8. Organize technical training to update and support the team.
9. Manage operational priorities and resources to achieve quality objectives.
10. Actively participate in quality audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

1. Previous managerial experience in leading technical quality control teams, preferably in high-end RTW apparel.
2. Excellent technical knowledge of all Ready-To-Wear clothing categories.
3. Proven coordination and leadership skills with a large team distributed across external laboratories.
4. Strong quality orientation and attention to detail.
5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in English is preferred.
7. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
8. Familiarity with management tools and quality reporting software.
