1. Create the first prototype garment.
2. Evaluate and implement garment construction improvements to enhance fit, collaborating with the head of department and pattern-making team.
3. Revise garments based on defect analysis.
4. Construct sample garments.
5. Produce pre-production industrialized garments.

1. Expertise in the production cycle of heavy garments (outerwear) and various manufacturing stages.
2. Diploma in fashion technology or tailoring.
3. Proficiency in using machinery such as overlock and straight stitch machines.
4. Strong knowledge of fabrics and yarns.

1. Experience in ironing processes.
2. Speed and precision in studying and interpreting patterns.
3. Effective organization and planning skills.
4. Fluent knowledge of Italian and a second language.

Demonstrated experience in garment production, particularly in outerwear and prototype development.

Diploma in fashion technology or tailoring.
