1. Embed Gucci’s client experience and luxury service standards into daily store execution across markets.
2. Translate global and regional client experience expectations into measurable behaviors.
3. Collaborate with Commercial Leaders, Retail Training, Retail Operations, and Client Engagement to operationalize standards.
4. Oversee regional Mystery Shopping and NPS programs to assess luxury retail execution.
5. Synthesize client feedback and data to identify gaps and priorities at market and store levels.
6. Create action plans leveraging VOC insights to improve client experience and store execution.
7. Manage regional governance for retail tools, ensuring alignment with global standards.
8. Drive adoption and consistent usage of retail tools across markets.
9. Activate regional recognition programs and commercial contests aligned to strategic priorities.
10. Analyze program effectiveness to identify winning behaviors and measure commercial impact.

1. 5-7+ years of experience in luxury retail, with experience in store management and client experience execution.
2. Deep understanding of luxury service standards and sales floor dynamics.
3. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
4. Proven track record in cross-functional project management.
5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Base salary range in New York City: $110,000 to $120,000.
