Gucci Retail Director

- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
- Motivate and support store management teams in implementing company strategies.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate management, merchandise, KPIs, and business strategies.
- Develop strategic action plans based on sales analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Relational Marketing department to ensure CRM plans achieve target results.
- Support budget creation and forecast sales and expense plans in collaboration with Store Managers and Finance.
- Promote brand awareness and capture competitive market share.
- Monitor store management teams and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee annual performance review and salary planning processes.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team, building a talent pipeline through networking.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in store management, including a district role.
- Proven track record in developing and achieving Clienteling activities.
- High degree of ethics and integrity.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams such as HR, Store Operations, and Merchandising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strategic thinking focused on end results.
- Decisive and collaborative in strategy development.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
A minimum of 6 years in store management, with experience in a district role.
