Gucci Retail Area Manager

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue across full price and outlet stores in Italy.
- Maintain Profit & Loss accountability, ensuring cost-saving measures and high productivity levels.
- Propose innovative strategies to align with retail business expansion and needs.
- Collaborate with external business partners to develop market opportunities.
- Analyze data, KPIs, and trends to forecast sales volumes and optimize store performance.
- Monitor sales and stock levels, collaborating with Merchandising and Store Leadership teams.
- Supervise inventory management activities and optimize stock control in partnership with Retail Operations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate store leadership teams to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Work with HR and Store Leaders on recruitment and talent management initiatives.
- Conduct store visits to assess business performance and ensure customer service excellence.
- Oversee new store openings, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
- Foster a culture of ethics and compliance with Gucci policies.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of sales dynamics in a luxury retail environment.
- Proven people management skills, including communication and coaching abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at various organizational levels.
- Proficient in Italian and English.
