1. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue across full price and outlet stores in Italy.
2. Maintain Profit & Loss accountability, ensuring cost-saving measures and high productivity levels.
3. Propose innovative strategies to align with retail business expansion and needs.
4. Collaborate with external business partners to develop market opportunities.
5. Analyze data, KPIs, and trends to forecast sales volumes and optimize store performance.
6. Monitor sales and stock levels, collaborating with Merchandising and Store Leadership teams.
7. Supervise inventory management activities and optimize stock control in partnership with Retail Operations.
8. Lead, coach, and motivate store leadership teams to enhance performance and efficiency.
9. Work with HR and Store Leaders on recruitment and talent management initiatives.
10. Conduct store visits to assess business performance and ensure customer service excellence.
11. Oversee new store openings, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
12. Foster a culture of ethics and compliance with Gucci policies.

1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of sales dynamics in a luxury retail environment.
3. Proven people management skills, including communication and coaching abilities.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships at various organizational levels.
5. Proficient in Italian and English.
