1. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance store operations.
2. Act as a change agent to drive improvements in front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
3. Collaborate with management teams to continuously improve operational efficiency.
4. Provide prompt resolutions to store inquiries and lead local or global project initiatives.
5. Conduct regular store visits to assess and implement in-store processes and policies.
6. Promote the use of operational tools and ensure compliance with Gucci's brand standards.
7. Provide training and development for operations teams and support career progression.
8. Coordinate operational activities for store openings, renovations, and relocations.
9. Create, update, and disseminate policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to local and global standards.

1. At least 5 years of experience in a multi-store support role within a luxury or fashion environment.
2. Experience as a Store Director is advantageous.
3. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Experience in logistical planning and development of processes and policies.

1. Strong project management skills.
2. Excellent business acumen and analytical abilities.
3. Effective communication and writing skills.
4. High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 5 years in a multi-store support role, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
