1. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance store operations.
2. Act as a change agent to drive improvements in front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
3. Collaborate with management teams to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Resolve store inquiries promptly and effectively.
5. Lead local or global project initiatives as needed.
6. Conduct regular store visits and operational assessments.
7. Ensure compliance with Gucci's brand image and standards in store processes and policies.
8. Promote and train on the use of operational tools in stores.
9. Develop and implement training programs for new and existing operations team members.
10. Support Store Directors in talent assessment and career progression planning.
11. Coordinate operational activities for store openings, renovations, and relocations.
12. Monitor inventory management and ensure compliance with inventory control processes.
13. Create, update, and disseminate policies and procedures to ensure adherence across stores.
14. Conduct in-store operations training for new Store Directors.

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in a multi-store support role, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Previous experience as a Store Director is advantageous.
3. Proven ability to collaborate and develop strategies with a team.
4. Experience in problem-solving and change management.
5. Strong project management skills and business acumen.
6. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

The base salary range is estimated between $117,000 and $130,000, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
