Gucci Regional Operations Manager

- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance store operations.
- Act as a change agent to drive improvements in front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Collaborate with management teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Resolve store inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Lead local or global project initiatives as needed.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Gucci's brand image and standards in store processes and policies.
- Promote and train on the use of operational tools in stores.
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing operations team members.
- Support Store Directors in talent assessment and career progression planning.
- Coordinate operational activities for store openings, renovations, and relocations.
- Monitor inventory management and ensure compliance with inventory control processes.
- Create, update, and disseminate policies and procedures to ensure adherence across stores.
- Conduct in-store operations training for new Store Directors.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a multi-store support role, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Previous experience as a Store Director is advantageous.
- Proven ability to collaborate and develop strategies with a team.
- Experience in problem-solving and change management.
- Strong project management skills and business acumen.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strategic thinking and focus on results.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage logistical planning and process development.
- Experience in building materials for store-level facilitation.
- Effective team leadership through change management.
A minimum of 5 years in a multi-store support role within a luxury or fashion environment is required.
The base salary range is estimated between $117,000 and $130,000, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
