Gucci Regional Merchandiser Assistant

- Monitor and analyze detailed sales and stock data for the Women's Ready-to-Wear category by style and store.
- Optimize stock allocation and assist in merchandise assortment for stores.
- Collaborate with stores to maximize sales and results, including conducting store visits to gain market insights.
- Participate in regional presentations and meetings related to buying activities.
- Work closely with the Merchandiser and Merchandising Manager during campaigns.
- Liaise with stores to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Buying or Merchandising within a similar context.
- Strong commitment to the Gucci brand and passion for the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical capabilities and numerical aptitude.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Buying or Merchandising within a similar context is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
