1. Welcome and register external guests and suppliers.
2. Manage and sort incoming calls efficiently.
3. Provide general logistical information, including phone directory assistance and office locations.
4. Prepare meeting rooms as required.
5. Facilitate taxi bookings and other courtesy services upon request.
6. Manage car-sharing requests.

1. High school diploma.
2. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are advantageous.
3. Willingness to work on shifts and during weekends.
4. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
5. Demonstrates a respectful and empathetic approach in interactions.
6. Clear and effective communication skills.
7. Ability to build trust-based relationships with a service-oriented attitude.
