- Organize and oversee press shootings and special projects across all categories, including shopping, press follow-up, and showroom management.
- Track editorial calendars and product press coverage to contribute to the press strategy.
- Monitor French press activations and international influence using various tools for global and internal sharing.
- Follow up on press and celebrity projects in collaboration with management.
- Participate in special projects in France and host various guests at the showroom.
- Assist in organizing local events and regional trips.
- Manage press requests in collaboration with press officers.
- Prepare and handle requests, shipments, and returns.
- Organize tracking tools for shopping, releases, press and influence listings, and showroom fittings.
- Create samples for new collections on FGPS.
- Monitor daily press clippings with dedicated tools and intern assistance.
- Maintain archives of all publications on the network and DMR platform.
- Compile weekly and monthly press reviews for the international press team.
- Manage the showroom.
- Handle shipments in France and abroad, including proforma, DHL, UPS, etc.
- Identify new French influence profiles.
- Support the organization of French influence deliveries.
- Assist with logistics for press, influence, and public relations events in France.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking.
- Manage pressing and alterations with the seamstress.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in communication, public relations, or related fields such as CELSA, IFP, EFAP.
- First experience in shopping coordination is essential.
- Previous experience in a press department is mandatory (internship).
- Proficiency in English.
- Understanding of press dynamics and luxury fashion market specifics.
- Ability to work proactively.
- Organized with a sense of priorities and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- Awareness of trends in the beauty industry.
A first experience in shopping coordination and a previous internship in a press department are required.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in communication, public relations, or related fields such as CELSA, IFP, EFAP.
