- Coordinate and oversee press shootings and special projects across all categories, ensuring seamless organization and management of the showroom.
- Track editorial calendars and product press coverage to contribute to the development of press strategies.
- Monitor French press and international influencer activations, sharing insights globally and internally.
- Support press and celebrity projects in collaboration with senior management.
- Participate in special projects in France and host various guests at the showroom.
- Assist in organizing local events and regional trips.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in shopping coordination is essential.
- Prior experience in a press department is mandatory (internship acceptable).
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong understanding of press dynamics and luxury fashion market nuances.
- Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen sense of prioritization and deadline management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- Observant of trends in the beauty industry.
A minimum of one internship in a press department is required, with experience in shopping coordination.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
