1. Assist the Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, and Lead Line Cooks in all kitchen preparations.
2. Prepare meal ingredients including seasoning meats, washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits, and preparing salads and sauces as directed.
3. Receive deliveries and verify the quantity and quality of items received.
4. Oversee inventory of supplies and notify supervisor of low or depleted items.
5. Plate and present meal items as instructed by the Lead Line Cook.
6. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

1. At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically within the kitchen area.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Professional appearance and self-grooming.
4. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
5. Team-oriented mindset.
6. Standard knowledge of kitchen operating procedures.
7. Understanding of current basic regulations and safety standards.
8. Familiarity with kitchen machinery and food preservation techniques.
9. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
10. Certification of Food Handlers License.

A minimum of one year of experience in a kitchen setting within the hospitality industry is required.

The base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $18.00 USD and $20.00 USD per hour, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and location.
