Gucci Personal Assistant

- Manage extensive travel arrangements for the President covering South Asia & Pacific and Korea markets, as well as other travelers including department managers and ad hoc travel staff.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare presentation slides and reports.
- Compile sales reports, travel-related expenses, claims, and invoices.
- Oversee stationery and pantry requisition.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and building management regarding office and boutique renovations and leases.
- Support the organization of company events such as Family Day and Dinner & Dance.
- Supervise the Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support and office management duties.
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Fluency in both English and Korean.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, independent, highly organized, and resourceful.
- Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
- Teamwork-oriented.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the retail industry, is required.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
