Gucci Personal Assistant

- Manage comprehensive travel arrangements for the President, covering South Asia & Pacific and Korea markets, as well as other travelers including department managers and ad hoc staff.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare presentation slides, and compile detailed reports.
- Compile and manage sales reports, travel-related expenses, claims, and invoices.
- Oversee stationery and pantry requisitions to ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and building management regarding office and boutique renovations and leases.
- Support the organization of company events such as Family Day and Dinner & Dance.
- Supervise the Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support and manage office duties as required.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
