- Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services by aligning business objectives.
- Collaborate with line managers in sourcing and shortlisting candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, providing relevant HR advice.
- Partner with line managers and employees to enhance work relationships, increase productivity, and improve retention.
- Liaise with local HR teams for consolidation of local input and information.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve system-related issues (e.g., Xactly, EQMS, Workday).
- Support annual performance appraisal, salary review, and bonus exercises.
- Work closely with the HR Shared Services team on executing monthly payroll and other HR transactional services.
- Roll out and review HR policies and initiatives.
- Administer employee onboarding, induction, and exit activities.
- Manage insurances, claims, staff welfare, and activities.
- Prepare HR and corporate reports (e.g., Monthly HC/FTE Reports, Org Chart, Turnover).
- Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries and requests.
- Perform ad-hoc and administrative duties related to Human Resources.
- Successfully recruit for various vacant positions and seasonal headcount.
- Efficiently support benefits administration, including HMO management and statutory benefits.
- Act as a strong business partner with store and regional stakeholders.
- Manage receipt and distribution of all office documents.
- Coordinate bi-monthly payroll-related requirements.
- Spearhead employee engagement activities.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in an HR business partnering or operations role.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong people, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on individual contributor with strong HR fundamentals and high initiative.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in HR systems such as Workday is advantageous.
Minimum of 4 years in an HR business partnering or operations role, preferably with regional scope or in the retail industry.
A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
