1. Develop patterns based on sketches from the design office in collaboration with the pattern making department in Novara.
2. Participate in fittings, providing technical support and consultancy to Product Development.
3. Implement all pattern modifications resulting from fittings.
4. Create and maintain a pattern archive.
5. Develop and maintain fit standards in collaboration with internal technicians to ensure fit consistency across product categories.
6. Continuously research new ideas to enhance the quality and efficiency of each product category.

1. Pattern making diploma.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury fashion with experience in men's and women's trousers.
3. Proficiency in CAD software, specifically Lectra Modaris.
4. Strong organizational and planning skills.
5. Proficiency in Italian and preferably English.
