Pattern Maker

1. Create patterns based on sketches from the design office in collaboration with the modeling office in Novara.
2. Participate in fittings, providing technical support and advice to Product Development.
3. Execute all pattern modifications resulting from fittings.
4. Create and maintain a pattern archive.
5. Develop and maintain fit standards in collaboration with internal technicians to ensure fit consistency across all product categories.
6. Continuously research new ideas to improve the quality and efficiency of each product category.

1. Pattern making diploma
2. At least 5 years of experience in the role, preferably in luxury fashion with experience in men's and women's trousers

1. Knowledge of CAD software Lectra Modaris
2. Good organizational and planning skills
3. Proficiency in Italian and possibly English

At least 5 years of experience in pattern making, preferably in the luxury fashion industry with a focus on men's and women's trousers.
