1. Support the Pastry Chef with all kitchen preparations.
2. Ensure optimal and timely delivery of kitchen preparations with attention to detail.
3. Clean and cut vegetables and prepare main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
4. Assist with stocking and setup of kitchen stations.
5. Support chefs with daily preparation and maintenance of the kitchen.
6. Provide additional operational support when requested.
7. Ensure kitchen products comply with food safety standards and regulations.
8. Maintain a clean work environment.

1. At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry within the kitchen area.
2. Must speak fluent English.
3. Professional appearance and self-grooming.
4. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
5. Team-working skills.
6. Standard knowledge of main kitchen operating procedures.
7. Knowledge of current basic regulations and main safety standards, kitchen machinery, and food preservation techniques.
8. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
9. Certification of Food Handlers License.
10. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
