- Ensure optimal and timely delivery of all kitchen preparations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Clean and cut vegetables, and prepare main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
- Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
- Support chefs with daily preparation and maintenance of the kitchen.
- Provide additional operational support as requested.
- Ensure kitchen products adhere to food safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry within the kitchen area.
- Fluency in English.
- Professional appearance and self-grooming.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Standard knowledge of main kitchen operating procedures.
- Understanding of current basic regulations and main safety standards, kitchen machinery, and food preservation techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification of Food Handlers License.

A minimum of one year of experience in a kitchen environment within the hospitality industry is required.
The base salary range is $18/hr. USD to $20/hr. USD, depending on experience and location. Eligible employees may also participate in an employee benefits and incentive program.
