Gucci Part-time Client Advisor

- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Drive and surpass individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and maintain meaningful customer data using company CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date client book, ensuring regular client contact and appropriate follow-up on sales or requests.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Ensure visual display standards are met in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Maintain a neat and organized stockroom and adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience, ideally in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Fluent communication skills in both French and English.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales or a customer service role, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
