1. Lead and develop the store operations team to ensure operational excellence.
2. Oversee stockroom efficiency and inventory accuracy.
3. Support the selling process by providing exceptional client service.
4. Collaborate with the Store Director to manage day-to-day operations.
5. Train and coach staff on operational policies and procedures.
6. Liaise with corporate departments to ensure seamless operations.
7. Serve as Manager on Duty, assisting with floor coverage and store opening/closing.
8. Ensure timely and accurate merchandise movement and inventory management.
9. Identify and resolve operational process issues.
10. Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation.

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 5-7 years in operations within retail or luxury retail environments, with a preference for supervisory roles.

Base salary range of CAD $75,000 - $95,000 annually, plus bonus potential.
